Green Dragon Fest Behavior Policy

Introduction

Welcome to Green Dragon Fest! We are dedicated to ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all attendees. Please read and adhere to the following behavior guidelines to help us maintain a positive atmosphere at the event.

Code of Conduct

  • Respect: All attendees, staff, and participants should be treated with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated.
  • Safety: While all activities at Green Dragon Fest are designed to be safe, attendees participate at their own risk. Please be mindful of your physical safety and the safety of others.

Noise and Quiet Time Policy

  • Music and Noise: Music and other loud activities must cease by 10 PM each evening.
  • Quiet Time: Quiet time begins at midnight. Attendees are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum until breakfast is served at 8 AM.

Enforcement

  • Minor Offenses: Minor offenses will result in a private warning.
  • Repeated or Severe Offenses: Repeated or severe offenses will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund and a permanent ban from future Green Dragon Fest events.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages may be available at Green Dragon Fest, served by venue catering staff. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older and must present valid government-issued identification to consume alcohol. Attendees are solely responsible for their own alcohol consumption and behavior while under the influence. Green Dragon Fest and Dungeon Masterpiece LLC are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or liability resulting from the consumption of alcohol at the event. Attendees who are visibly intoxicated may be asked to leave the event without a refund.

Liability

Assumption of Risk: By attending Green Dragon Fest, you acknowledge and agree that participation in event activities — including but not limited to tabletop gaming sessions, overnight accommodation at the venue, consumption of food and alcoholic beverages, and travel to and from the event — involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Dungeon Masterpiece LLC, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, and independent contractors (including Game Masters) shall not be liable for any injury, illness, damage, or loss of personal property arising from your attendance or participation. Please report any hazards to event staff immediately.

Food Allergies and Dietary Needs: While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary preferences (such as vegetarian meals), we cannot guarantee that any food served at the event is free from allergens. Attendees with food allergies or dietary restrictions attend at their own risk and are responsible for communicating their needs to catering staff.

Game Masters and Event Staff

Game Masters who facilitate sessions at Green Dragon Fest are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Dungeon Masterpiece LLC. While we select Game Masters with care and require them to adhere to this behavior policy, Dungeon Masterpiece LLC is not responsible for the individual actions, statements, or conduct of any Game Master beyond our reasonable control.

Media

Media Release: By purchasing a ticket and attending Green Dragon Fest, you consent to being photographed or recorded. You grant Green Dragon Fest and its organizers the right to use, edit, and publish these images and recordings in any and all media, for any purpose related to the event, in perpetuity. This release is applicable in the state of Tennessee.

Consent and Agreement

Ticket Purchase: By purchasing a ticket to Green Dragon Fest, you agree to abide by this behavior policy and all its terms. This agreement is binding upon your acceptance and purchase of a ticket.

Age Requirement: By purchasing a ticket to Green Dragon Fest, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and agree to provide valid identification upon request. Entry will be denied to individuals under 21, and refunds will not be issued.
