Event Cancellations

If the event is canceled by Green Dragon Fest, all attendees will receive a full refund to their original payment method. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify all attendees via email using the contact information provided during registration. Updates will also be posted on our official website.

Refund Eligibility

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable 24 hours after the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued after this window for any reason, including inability to attend.

Admission Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible individual (21 years of age or older). Transfers must be requested by the original ticket holder by contacting us at [email protected]. Green Dragon Fest reserves the right to deny a transfer request at its discretion.

As our products primarily consist of event tickets and digital services, we do not ship physical goods. All purchases are confirmed electronically via email after the transaction is completed.
